Compensation:$55,000
Responsibilities:- Schedule travel and arranging for accommodations, flights, and transportation
- Plan meetings, take notes and distributing meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized
- Set up meeting spaces for when guests arrive to make people feel welcome
- Ensure filing systems are kept orderly and up to date
- Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed
- Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent
- Great time management skills as well as both written and verbal communication skills
- Understands how to use Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant or a related job with administrative tasks
