Trucking Company based in the City of Industry is seeking for a self-motivated Accounting Clerk with a strong understanding in accounts receivable and payable who is an organized individual that can take on day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable, create invoices, receive payments, quarterly A/R accrual
- Accounts Payable, Online bill pay, quarterly A/P accrual
- Process and manage account transaction records
- Daily AP/AR
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in AR, AP, and general accounting
- Minimum of 2 year of QuickBooks online experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in trucking/ logistics preferred
Job Type: Full-time
