  Represent a growing company by building relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales, provide updates, process orders, and complete the sales process.
• Engage with customers regarding their needs and requirements, generate quotes, and answer questions on orders, installations, or repairs
• Present and promote our products and services to potential clients
• Keep accurate files of sales records and activities
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
• Enjoy a steady office-based, Monday-Friday work week with minimal windshield time

Monterey Door has provided overhead garage doors for residents in Lancaster County and surrounding areas since 1987. We are a family-owned & operated business that strives to offer high-quality products at a reasonable price. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We are looking for a Sales Representative to help our team generate sales and to ensure excellent customer service. We need someone who will continue our reputation for providing fast, fair, and friendly service.

Our Ideal Sales Representative:

• Experienced: proven sales experience with a hunter mentality and a drive to cultivate new business. Experience in the building products, hardware, or construction industries is helpful.
• Computer Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Products (Excel and Word).
• Great Communicator: Must be able to communicate effectively & clearly with customers and coworkers in person, on the phone, and via email.
• People-oriented: Sincere, friendly, can easily relate to customers.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to listen carefully and record orders accurately.
• Team Player: Works well in a collaborative setting. Is socially aware and accommodates those with whom you interact and work. Have a warm and welcoming personality.
