Job Posting for Dental Front Desk Receptionist at Team Dental
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Dental Receptionist in our Swedesboro practice. The Dental Receptionist for this position must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working as a receptionist in a dental office with excellent customer service skills. Candidates that have experience with verifying different types of dental insurance plans (HMO's/PPO) are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Customer Service; acknowledge, and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
- Answering Telephones
- Scheduling and Maintaining Appointment Book
- Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
- Explain treatment plans, and work with the patient on payment programs and financing
- Post charges and payments to patient accounts
- Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
Qualifications
- Experience working in a dental office is required
- Verification and knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO)
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental management software
- Knowledge of dental terminology is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Dental receptionist: 3 years (Preferred)
- Insurance verification: 3 years (Preferred)
- Dental billing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Eaglesoft: 3 years (Preferred)
