Exciting job opportunity!
Elite Martial Arts is expanding and looking for a Program Director to run our After School & Summer Camp programs, along with running our office for all programs. Must be ages 18 and up.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Program Operations Manager
Pay: Salary $30,000 base pay plus bonuses (Goal is $40,000 plus)

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Hitting financial goals of location.
2. Run ASP/SC programs, all aspects business aspects of location.
3. Hiring and training of all staff-unless location manager says otherwise; retain members by great professional relationships with parents & members.

Typical Work Schedule During School Year:
Monday-Friday 12 pm- 7 pm (at location)
Mondays also 11 am-12 pm meeting HQ-Richmond
Typical Summer Camp Work Schedule: 7:30 am-3:30 pm
