Under general supervision, the Intake Specialist receives and distributes inquiries of non-compliance acts of insurance companies.
Communicates with the general public and external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet expectations.
Resolves issues involving customer service and researches governing policies, procedures, and laws to respond to consumers and visitors.
Analyzes problems, questions, and issues, and develops and reports recommendations for resolution.
Conducts research to compile information needed to generate reports, complete projects and accurately respond to questions and concerns.
Provides assistance and problem resolution to staff and the general public.
Researches and resolves program and consumer issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.
