Summary
Develop and implement successful strategies to ensure successful project completion. Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Essential Position Functions Strategic Planning and Execution
· Assist with the strategic planning process and monitoring/reporting of the enterprise strategic plan.
· Assist with market research and bid proposals.
· Assist with project/site planning, standups, and monitoring to ensure deliverables are met.
· Collaborate with senior executives in the development of performance goals and long term.
Project Management
· Facilitate project meetings and presentations.
· Manage assigned projects in accordance with Project Management institute’s PMBOK and internal methodology/processes.
· Assist in preparing project and portfolio performance reports and make recommendations on improvement opportunities.
· Develop, analyze, and update the project plan in Smartsheet to track progress and provide updates to the project team.
Sales Support
· Search for land to support projects in the pipeline.
· Provide camp/field sites with support (e.g., administrative, logistical, legal) to ensure successful operations.
· Assist Account Executives with client communication and initiatives.
Business Continuity Planning
· Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans, policies, and procedures that outline strategies for mitigating risks and ensuring business operations can continue during disruptions.
· Track news for items that impact the company's business continuity and report to the Executive Team.
Required Skills/Abilities
· Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
· Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that support velocity and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Minimum Position Requirements
· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
· Experience in developing budgets and business plans
· Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes
· Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software
· 3 years in a management role
· Technical knowledge in Smartsheet
· Experience working with government clients, State and Federal preferred
· Experience in creating Statements of Work and Proposals
· Must be authorized to work in the United States
· Experience: Three years of relevant experience required
· Skills: Accounting software, cost accounting, Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, typing, and 10-key
Physical & Travel Requirements
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Must be willing to travel during project set-ups and/or client recovery efforts
