Bilingual Sales Assistant

Team JAS, Inc. is looking for a Bilingual Sales Assistant to join our Sales Team. Team JAS is an Aerospace Company, specializing in the support of Commuter Aircraft. Established in 1986 our company provides parts support, component repairs, and manufacturing of aircraft spares.

The Bilingual Sales Assistant is responsible for the overall support of Team JAS Customers’ activities including requests for quote support, order management, problem-solving, and both internal & external communications. This role works both directly with the Customer and with the responsible Account Manager. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.

Primary Responsibilities Include: 

• Ensure industry-leading service and support to our customers
• Create Manufacturing Orders / Purchase Orders in accordance with demand
• Adhere to and suggest improved processes that support our customer
• Data and information collection to assist in (i) pricing, (ii) quoting, (iii) competitor information, and (iv) order processing
• Negotiate with suppliers as required for reschedules in support of inventory and business objectives
• Data entry that ensures our Enterprise Resource Planning system is accurate and stores all required information.
• Assist Account Managers with various duties to support selling effort

Details 

• On-Site in Jacksonville, FL 
• Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Occasional overtime, no night shift, and we are closed on weekends.
• This is a full-time hourly position.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years’ work-related experience in Sales, Customer Service or Procurement
• Proficient with all Microsoft Software and a quick learner with all computer software
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, verbal & written

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Aviation or Aerospace
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, verbal & written
• Developed professional able to work with minimum guidance
