What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Manager position at Team Pest USA?
Pest USA is a family owned and operated growing Pest and Termite Control Company. Established in 1971, we have proudly upheld the true values of customer service and have grown into new territories and markets. We are currently seeking a Service Manager to oversee operations.
Service Manager responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage daily operations while following Pest USA guidelines and procedures
- Distribute detailed reports and state required forms when necessary
- Maintain fleet vehicles, cash, and service agreements
- Train and develop employees in the local market for sales, service, as well as administrative employees
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess current driver's license
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Must maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing exams
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
