What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Director position at Team Prime Time?
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in an After School Program or similar program
- Minimum 3 years working with youth
- Must be 21 or over
Typical Duties Include:
- Actively maintain a safe location for students and staff.
- Supervise and oversee staff and students for After School Program at school campus.
- Meet all LAUSD or DSS compliance and records-keeping requirements.
- Manage staff hours and submit payroll.
- Manage budget for Site.
- Regular communication with all stakeholders - TPT management and staff, School Administration, Teachers, Parents, Collaborators and Students.
- Conduct Site staff meetings.
- Plan and implement weekly activity schedules that achieve Site Attendance Goals.
- Attend Site Director meetings.
- 25-30 hours of work per week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 – 30 per week
