North Shore-based Property Manager
Locally owned real estate firm with office in Haleiwa seeks full-time property manager for a portfolio of 120 long-term residential rentals to work directly under the Principal Broker. Looking for an honest, financially responsible team player with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, proven results, and strong client-first values. Compensation includes salary for property management plus commissions on any sales transactions, medical/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation, and holidays. All Realtor, licensing and MLS fees are paid by firm.
Minimum requirements:
- Hawaii real estate license
- registered vehicle
- clean criminal/credit background
- property management experience
- solid computer skills (Microsoft Office required; Matrix MLS and PropertyWare experience would be a plus)
- basic photography
- customer service
- knowledge of property maintenance
- real estate or other sales / customer service experience
Duties include:
- advertising, showing, and leasing vacant residential units
- screening potential tenants
- managing repairs with outside vendors
- communicating with property owners and tenants
- entering data into property management software
- managing tenant move-outs and security deposit returns
- scheduling cleaning crews and repair vendors
- promoting tenant and owner satisfaction
- developing relationships that turn into sales
