Base Salary: $85K-$100K Per Annum.
Summary
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the high performance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Professional Services Automation (PSA), and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting systems. The IT Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the overall maintenance, configuration, and support of our Salesforce instance.
What You’ll Do
○ Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, and page layouts
○ Create and manage automation processes using workflow rules, process builder, and flows
○ Maintain and manage Salesforce Sandbox environments and development life cycle
○ Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance tasks
○ Stay informed about Salesforce updates and new features, implementing them as needed
○ Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective use of Salesforce and FinancialForce/ PSA by all team members
○ Regularly backup and restore data as needed
○ Responsible for facilitating the development of test cases, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance (QA)
○ Manage and configure third-party Salesforce apps and tools
○ Implement and maintain security policies, roles, profiles, and permission sets
○ Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
○ Implement Salesforce Advanced Analytics tools to enable the business with accurate, real-time Business Intelligence for data-driven decisions

- Provide user support and training
○ Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective use of Salesforce and FinancialForce/ PSA by all team members
- Monitor and maintain data management
○ Regularly backup and restore data as needed
- Collaborate across project teams
○ Responsible for facilitating the development of test cases, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance (QA)
- Monitor integrations, third-party tools, and security
○ Manage and configure third-party Salesforce apps and tools
○ Implement and maintain security policies, roles, profiles, and permission sets
○ Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
- Develop reports and dashboards
○ Implement Salesforce Advanced Analytics tools to enable the business with accurate, real-time Business Intelligence for data-driven decisions
Requirements
- Experience as an IT professional with Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications, such as Advanced Administrator or Developer, are a plus)
- Salesforce operations or a similar role with strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including custom objects and tools like FinancialForce/ PSA
- You have experience with Business Intelligence tools and analytics
- You are familiar with Apex, Visual force, and Lightning components
- You have a firm grasp of oofCRM & PSA operations best practices
- You have excellent communication, problem-solving skills, project management skills, and a strong ability to prioritize
- You can navigate and serve diverse and complex stakeholders
- You have experience working collaboratively in team environments that require strong interpersonal skills amongst diverse populations while demonstrating emotional intelligence
- You demonstrate the ability to take initiative—while remaining calm under pressure, identifying and acting upon the critical few tasks when faced with competing priorities
- You are a resourceful problem solver who can anticipate and adjust for unexpected barriers to success
- You possess excellent customer service skills and are comfortable working to deadlines
