Job Posting for Health Care Coordinator / Recruiter at Team Select Home Care
Team Select Home Care is looking for a Relationship Manager to join our Team Select family. The Relationship Manager is a sales orientated individual who is responsible for the external recruitment of clinical staff to fulfill open shifts and cases. The RM will report directly to the Director of Operations.
Summary of Responsibilities
Managing patient schedules while fostering strong relationships through continuous communication with both nurses and families.
Recruiting consistently to establish a pipeline of candidates.
A team environment. You work with your fellow branch staff to assign the new hire to a prospective assignment.
Uses all resources to communicate with nurses and candidates via Phone, Text, Email, and Voicemail.
Maintains rapport with candidates and employees and effectively promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships.
Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems with initiative and good judgment to reach quality decisions.
Maintains confidentiality of all employees, patient/client and company issues.
Ability to multitask and prioritize all tasks given.
Performs all other job duties as assigned.
