Team Title has an immediate opening for an EXPERIENCED Title Attorney. Recent title reviewing experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organization and must have a positive attitude.
REQUIREMENTS
· 1-5 years of Title Review Experience
· MS Bar License
· Qualia experience a plus

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Examine and verify chain of property title based on abstract report.
Examine deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, and plats/maps to determine ownership, and encumbrances.
Verify and correct property legal descriptions.
Search court records to remedy errors in chain of title.
Summarize restrictions that may prevent or hinder sale of property.
