Job Description
TeamBuilders Employment & Business Solutions is hiring for an experienced Administrative Receptionist to join the executive office of a local business in Fresno, CA.
The Administrative Receptionist position will be responsible for managing the front desk of an executive office specializing in the travel industry and will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff.
We are seeking candidates with a high level of professionalism, outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
The Administrative Receptionist position is being offered on a full-time, temp to hire (will become permanent) basis Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Company offers an excellent work environment, benefits and a starting pay rate of up to $20 per hour, DOE.
The Daily Essential Duties of the Administrative Receptionist:
- Greet clients and visitors with a high-level of professionalism
- Answering multiple phone lines and routing calls to staff accordingly
- Researching information for clients and staff
- Preparing customized and detailed travel itineraries
- Arranging documentation for passports & visas
- Assisting Travel Agents with reservation details as assigned
- Maintaining vendor travel brochures including ordering, filing and preparing for client travel packages
- Maintenance of all copiers and printers; loading stock, paper, clearing jams and assisting the staff as needed
- Management of client Travel Profiles
- Coordinating vendor presentations and setting up presentation space
- Accounting reconciliation
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Preparing correspondence, filing, scanning, copying, data entry, reporting and performing general clerical and administrative duties
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience of the Administrative Receptionist:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant and/or Customer Service role within a professional office environment
- Previous experience with multi-line phone systems
- Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Professional communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, prioritization, organizational and project management skills required
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage simultaneous tasks with accuracy while meeting deadlines
- Impeccable customer service skills
