We are currently looking to hire a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to join our team and oversee our Skilled Nursing Facilities in Pennsylvania!

Candidates must be available to travel to the various states to visit facilities whenever necessary.
The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring positive financial outcomes through labor management, census development, and expense control;
- Will support the leaders of the facilities to meet our high standards of care, and generate strong and consistent operating and financial performance;
- Ensuring facility leaders institute and deploy clinical systems and standards that improve patient/resident outcomes, producing exceptional quality care;
- Providing facility leaders direction and assistance in creating strategic plans;
- Identifying drivers of variability (facility /market drivers) and offer advice on where to make improvements;
- Monitoring and enforcing brand standards;
- Assisting leaders with referral source relationship development and maintaining the company presence in the market;
- Performing the role of compliance liaison with local, state, federal, and licensing rules and regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and State Survey issues, etc.;
- Maintaining positive relations with community referral sources at large, all visitors, guests, and residents.
Qualification/Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of prior RDO experience.
- Preferable: prior clinical experience
- Preferable: LNHA license.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
