The Job: As a Textile Screen Printer you will be responsible for ensuring all jobs are produced efficiently and with the highest level of quality achievable. You'll work with a team to effectively set up and tear down every job efficiently. You will align screens to achieve a print quality that meets the departments standards, adjust press settings, and change out equipment/tools to produce prints that match approved artwork, add/remove screens, squeegees, flood bars, and inks to press heads, and troubleshoot issues on and off press to remain efficient and consistent.
Requirements about you:
- High school or GED
- Experience or knowledge of automatic press preferred but not required.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Reading comprehension.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Strong attention to detail and focused on quality.
- Ability to multitask.
- Willing to learn new processes and software.
- Ability to work with inks and chemicals.
- Organized.
- Coachable and open to change.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to establish priorities and problem solve under high volume scenarios.
- High level of discipline and ability to follow routines and processes.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing workload and information.
- Able to work overtime as needed to ensure on time delivery.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
