Overview
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Managing Director and perform a broad range of secretarial and minor administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Greets vendors, customers, and other visitors, as appropriate.
- Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls and/or taking messages as necessary.
- Place telephone calls or arrange conference calls as instructed.
- Schedule conference room, breakfast and lunches as required.
- Coordinate projects, and contribute to committee and team work.
- Performs a broad range of secretarial and minor administrative duties.
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer savvy including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PPT.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Administrative experience within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
