What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Pipefitter position at TEC Group Inc.?
We have an immediate opening for a Lead Pipefitter with an automation company. Day shift - 6am start time. Will provide team leadership and is highly experienced performing the pipefitter activities in a machine tool manufacturing environment. Responsible for leading the layout, assembly and installation of pipe, hose, tubing, lubrication systems, and related pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
Qualifications:
• Able to read pneumatic schematic drawings
• Build headers
• Thread pipe
• Install headers
• Install service stands and lockout valves
• Pipe robots
• Pipe sealer equipment
• Pipe Tools
• Read mechanical drawings and bill of material
• Prep valve pack and manifold
• Run hose and dress tool per customer requirements
• Ability to drill, tap and ream holes
• Use of hand saw, drill press and grinders
Salary : $27 - $28
