We are creating a new position “Operations Integrator” for our company that will work hand in hand with the owner. This person will take the visionary ideas of the owner and management team and implement them, overcoming roadblocks and thinking on their feet. They will take a simple idea and run with it, expanding the project to catapult the company to the next level.

You will be a key component in our company, working hand in hand with the owner. You'll spend much of your time talking with folks in the office, improving processes, and holding people accountable. When you see things that need doing, you'll jump in and help. Your superpower is seeing over the hill at rough patches down the road and finding ways to avoid them. However, if you do hit a rough patch, you figure out the best way to smooth it over and then establish a way to avoid them in the future.
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000, depending on experience
Operations Manager Expectations
- Partner with the owner to analyze, debate the merits of, and implement his “big ideas”
- Project manage the day-to-day and larger implementations
- Look at the company’s needs as a whole to create projects and task lists for the team
- Identify process strengths and weaknesses, and produce adaptive plans and suggestions with the goal of continuous improvement
- Must be numbers driven... data is the lifeblood of this company
- Analyze and report company numbers with the goal of productivity and profitability while continually looking for pieces to tweak and improve
- Responsible for ensuring vehicle registrations are renewed, insurance is bid out and renewed, and a myriad of other weekly, monthly, and annual “backbone” activities are completed to keep the company running
- Take the reins of our marketing program
- Understand the duties of and be able to fill in for any seat in the company
- Be the information and flow hub of the company
- Thrive in a very busy team-oriented atmosphere
- Manage and run meetings efficiently and effectively
Operations Manager Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent education and experience
- Construction or service-based operations management experience
- Exceptional writing and speaking skills
- Tech savvy... flip phones need not apply
- Experience with Method and Quickbooks preferred
- Professional experience in Microsoft Office 365
- The ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
- A professional attitude

- Must be drug free
- A credit report will be run
