About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Provide information about products, services, and promotions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Sales Assistance: Help customers find the products they need, offer recommendations, and assist with product selection. Promote current sales and special offers to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Point of Sale: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash, credit, and debit card payments. Provide customers with accurate change and receipts.
- Stocking and Merchandising: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address any issues or concerns.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sales floor, checkout area, and stockroom. Ensure that all areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Flexible Duties: Be willing to assist with various tasks as needed, including restocking, cleaning, and supporting special events or promotions.
