The Logistics Coordinator will:

• First and foremost, embrace and live our core values. Beyond skills, education or experience, we only advance talent to our team who align with our driven, team-focused and collaborative culture.
• Apply their 1-3 years of progressive operations and logistics experience.
• Direct all inbound and outbound product to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods. Maintain our list of transportation providers both domestically and internationally.
• Participate in the procurement process from requisition to purchase order and successfully solve problems relating to delivery, supply, service, payment and purchase order closing.
• Manage activities related to supplies and parts or accessories purchasing.
• Focus on tools and metrics that maximize capacity and resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain procedures for coordination of logistics with other functional areas such as sales, finance, production or quality assurance. We need someone who can roll their sleeves up and dig into our ever-evolving processes.
• Manage company vehicles, including compliance, maintenance and trip coordination.
• Promote a culture of safety, learning and continuous improvement.
• Exercise their strong negotiation skills when working with suppliers, vendors or freight forwarders.

• Utilize their strong organizational skills, attention to detail and technical competence to work in our ERP system NetSuite.
