Compensation: base up to 200k Bonus

Lead the P&L as a Client Partner responsible for Quarterly growth and Yearly growth targets for the P&L.
The role is for healthcare business.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to engage in senior (VP level) customer discussions positioning the teams value proposal.
- Manage Revenue Growth and Margin Growth
- Drive large Transformation Program deliveries to ensure the team is growing in the portfolio and improving our positioning against competition.
- Ability to run P&L with no customer escalations.
- Own Opportunity identification, closure, and Staffing ownership to drive a P&L growth.
Qualifications:
- Prior Sales experience leading P&L growth for a portfolio of 30MM
- Ability to work in a collaborative ecosystem working with peers for support.
- Experience negotiation renewals and provide value proposals to customers at all renewals.
- Ability to grow White Space or Competition displacement.
