What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Data Analyst position at Tech Mahindra?
•Understand the current data processing and mgmt. across various operational process
•Work on the data issues identified for Business and Tech processes
•Consolidation of existing artifacts like Data Models, Metadata, Data Quality Practices, Master & Reference data use cases, Lineage Issues, etc. across each data flow clusters
•Determine and Identify gaps in the above artifacts as well as data assets
•Analyze the data services used in the various application services. Analyze the data elements within the Data Services
•Assist in root cause analysis for the issues identified, determine and document gaps in these artifacts
•Knowledge of requirements gathering, design methodology, & building functional test cases – detail oriented, analytical, & capable of investigating complex issues
•Act as a Liaison between business function stakeholders and technology teams to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate.
•Understand Tableau dashboard data slice and dice
•Document business and risk data
