Product Manager x 8 – Order Management, Inventory or Distribution experience preferred
Purpose: I understand customer and business partner needs, execute the product vision and roadmap the features.
Job Description/Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Support and execute the product strategy and roadmap
- Create user stories and business requirements for prioritized work
- Lead prioritization for backlog grooming in balance with tech capacity
- Sign off on process flows, product documentation
- Lead testing efforts, communicate status and risks/blocker through all stages of testing
- Lead TCO/training content generation
- Execute measures to achieve OKRs
- Manage intake process – understand request and determine value
- Understand and communicate industry best practices
- Prepare contentand facilitate relevant topicsfor workshops, working sessions and presentations
- Cultivate collaborative partnerships with cross-functional groups and tech partners
- Communicate successes - milestones achieved, value drops delivered, business impact on a consistent cadence
- Deliver status updates on required cadence
- Communicate escalations and risks to leadership
