Job Description: As a Part-Time or Full-Time CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement at Tech Valley Shuttle, you will play a crucial role in our mission by driving our customers to and from their most important life events while providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of our programs. Tech Valley Shuttle provides transportation services that go beyond the road in supporting the communities we travel through. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating a CDL-equipped vehicle to transport passengers.
• Ensuring excellent customer service while interacting with clients.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure passenger safety, including seatbelt usage.
• Familiarity with designated routes and schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Report mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts and mileage.
• Abide by traffic laws and regulations.
• Specialized skills for passengers with disabilities if necessary.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and tidy.
• Effective communication with dispatch and team members.
• Respond to emergencies and administer basic first aid.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.

 Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Must maintain compliance of FMCSA and DOT licensure requirements at all times
• A valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) for the appropriate class and endorsements.
• Ability to operate a CDL-equipped vehicle safely.
• Flexibility with scheduling to accommodate our delivery needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
