Qualifications
- Familiar with SAFe Agile Framework, preferably with a certification.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, SynapseRT) to manage development work and resources.
- Certified in using GIT.
Day to Day Tasks
- Works with IT management team to understand needs, concerns, and any possible changes.
- Responsible for functional and performance management of resources.
- Training and onboarding staff, ensure new staff follow processes; handles team staffing issues.
- Addresses any concerns with the engagement from agency and acts as the single point of contact for issues and resolution.
- Provides reports on productivity and quality measures as well as any other data or reporting as requested.
- Participates in all ART rituals including PI Planning, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt and System Demos.
- Conduct team level daily syncs, iteration review and iteration retrospectives.
