Production application support experience with business users and financial / banking domain
Technical knowledge and skills with SQL/PLSQL/Mark logic, Linux and Windows
Understanding of batch schedulers (e.g. Control M) and reporting engines (QLIK)
Experience with .Net and web based technologies
Detailed knowledge & working experience of ITIL methodologies
Working knowledge of monitoring and support tools like GENEOS, Splunk & ServiceNow
