What do you need to win?
- 2-5 years of IT experience working at another company.
- Understanding of basic troubleshooting skills with computers, printers, networks, servers, etc.
- Experience in AD DS.
- Worked on networks and understands basic networking concepts (IPv4 addressing, VLANs, firewall rules, etc..).
- Following processes and procedures put in place.
- Close attention to details.
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service.
- Desire and passion to continually learn and grow.
Desired
- CompTIA A Certified.
- CompTIA Network and Security Certified.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 products such as Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint, Endpoint Manager, Azure, etc.
