Job Summary:
The Management Accountant is responsible for financial management, analysis, and reporting, including performing financial analysis, preparing financial forecasts, and advising senior management on strategic planning.
Essential Functions:

Gathers and interprets financial information to evaluate the efficiency of financial procedures.

Analyzes key financial data and advises senior management on strategic planning.

Develops and implements cost-effective financial policies and procedures, as well as analyzes and mitigates financial risks.

Prepares financial reports and budgets, as well as controlling and forecasting income and expenditures.

Prepares financial analysis to management including forecasts, cost-benefits of initiatives, and new product proposals.

Oversees and organizes financial management of new and existing projects including tracking results and projecting performance and ROI.

Ensures that financial management policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards.

Keeps informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in management accounting.
Additional Responsibilities:

Education:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance
CPA certification is required
Experience:
At least 10 years’ related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with financial reporting requirements
Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
