- Are you a seasoned engineer with a knack for managing Thales Key Management systems? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Crypto Senior Engineer. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a crucial role in configuring and customizing Thales Key Management solutions, mentoring junior support engineers, and collaborating closely with our product vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Thales Key Management solutions to meet advanced needs.
- Mentor junior support engineers (L1 and L2) to foster their growth and development.
- Work closely with our product vendors to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
- Set up and adjust Thales Key Management systems based on user requirements.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to key management, collaborating with the L3 Support/Engineering team.
- Assist in integrating Thales Key Management solutions with other systems.
- Promote security best practices and ensure compliance with policies to safeguard sensitive information.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of practical experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Thales key management systems and cryptographic solutions.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor others effectively.
- Demonstrated capability in leading security assessments and implementing advanced security measures.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with scripting for automation purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Relevant industry certifications would be advantageous.
