Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Litigation Paralegal with our Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice team. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for a range of day-to-day tasks, including legal document preparation, document review, legal research, and assisting with the drafting of pleadings and motions.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in personal injury litigation is required
- Proficiency in legal document preparation, document review, and legal research
- Experience with drafting pleadings and motions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Associate degree or certification in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Experience with litigation software and electronic document management systems
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Salary is commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
