Job Posting for Technical Support Specialist II at Technical Source
Technical Source is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist II for our clinical research client in the Boston, MA area. The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience working within Windows Operating systems, providing technical support, and working as a liaison between IT departments and internal employees. This is an fully on-site opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Support Microsoft operating systems while providing startup support for new employees in multiple IT services - Mobile, laptop, etc.
Act as on-site subject matter expert for all level-1 IT issues while developing a relationship with the end users at the location (less than 100 users on-site at all times)
Inventory management of all computers, IT equipment, etc
Requirements:
Experience with supporting baseline IT services - Windows, Teams, Office, Zoom, etc
Windows Operating System Required (MS Active Directory, MS Server, Windows 10)
Required Knowledge of Office 365 Administration and experience supporting end users in a corporate setting
2 years of IT Support Experience and helping to set up full desk/computer builds
Knowledge of or experience with Audio Visual system support
Compensation:
$33-$36/hr based on experience
