• Role and responsibilities or main accountabilities
Act as an expert, together with the project management team in Tax, Financial, Internal Processes aspects and in the correct use of SAP ERP in several modules;
Be the super user of the PS module in the SAP ERP.
Be the owner of all the roles that will allow other employees to have access to transactions in the PS module, will be responsible for conducting integrated annual tests and for the biannual review of accesses.
Act with solution focus for eventual problems;
Responsible for ensuring that the new processes are followed according to the predefined parameters;
Create a routine of conversations with the PMA team to seek points of possible improvement in their work routines.
Be the focal point for Brazil in global forums involving PMA process improvements.
