In this role, you will be working as a Construction Estimator responsible for writing procedures and qualifications. You will also be tasked with estimating for private projects in the healthcare, industrial, institutional and higher education industries. You will be responsible for completing estimates for a large amount of projects throughout the year.
This is a contract to permanent position and a long term need for my client. This position must be worked on-site.
Requirements:
- 2 years of general construction estimating experience is required
- Experience with estimating for the private sector is required
- Experience establishing & maintaining connections with subcontractors is required
- Experience estimating for multiple facets of construction is required
- Experience with Timberline or On-Screen is a plus
