Position: IOT AWS Architect.
Location: Boston, MA.
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
- 10 Years of total experience with 5 years on AWS Cloud
- Must have experience on IOT AWS
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the AWS DevOps infrastructure and processes within an organization.
- Analyzing the organization's software development requirements and designing appropriate solutions using AWS DevOps
- Having prior experience with Implementing highly configurable Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines using AWS Pipelines
- Leveraging Infrastructure as Code principles to define and manage the cloud infrastructure required for the CI/CD pipelines and application deployment.
- Must be hands-on writing PowerShell scripts, ARM Templates, Terraform
- Ensuring that security best practices are followed throughout the AWS DevOps environment, including access controls, encryption, and compliance requirements.
- Must have good understanding and prior experience with setting up AWS VNET, Subnets, Firewall, Load balancers, Key vaults, AWS Firewall and other AWS PAAS services.
- Implementing monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track the performance and health of the CI/CD pipelines and applications.
- Integrating AWS DevOps with other development tools, such as AWS Monitor, AWS Kubernetes Service (AKS), or third-party testing tools, to streamline the development and delivery process.
- Any prior experience with AWS data factory, Data lakes, SQL Server would be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer, Release Engineer, or similar roles with a focus on CI/CD pipeline management.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, and related plugins.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation and infrastructure management.
- Solid understanding of software development and deployment processes, including version control, build automation, and release management.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
