Position General Duties and Tasks:

- Supply Chain Experience: Experience in a supply chain department of a manufacturing organization, preferably in biopharma or med device.
- SAP Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAP, smartsheets, SAC, IDQ and MDG.
- Global Integration: Good knowledge of company functions globally and process integration among departments.
- Leadership Styles: Ability to use a range of influencing and leadership styles effectively.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and thoroughly.
- Influencing Skills: Ability to influence internal and external contacts on various services.
- Project Management: Deep understanding of Project Management principles is preferred.
- Technical Navigation: Experience navigating a large IT department with multiple technologies.
- Innovation Facilitation: Capable of facilitating innovation in business process and technical solution delivery.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading a matrix team of professionals and communicating with various management levels.
- Industry Experience: More than 10 years of experience developing and supporting finance applications and more than 5 years in the Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences industry (preferred).
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, engineering, computer science, or business administration (required). An advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proven Ability: Proven ability in high-growth businesses and developing teams to scale and deliver on commitments.
