Technoviz is a technology consulting/Staffing companyseeking to expand our team with the addition of an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, a self-starter, and highly motivated.
We're seeking someone who is proficient in office tasks, customer service, accounts and who is a serious multi-tasker.
Responsibilities include:
· Maintain employee and vendor documentations, incoming/outgoing correspondence, calendars and scheduling
· Answer phones calls, provide customer service, and maintain phone message documentation
· Perform accounts receivable collections, assist in invoicing and accounts payable
· Work closely with the CEO and Ops Team to drive the overall objectives of the Operations department.
· Work with recruiting team proactively on recruiting and hiring efforts
· Provide support to other departments as necessary
· Perform a variety of other tasks as necessary to support CEO, HR and Admin and carry out day-to-day responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 year(s) of Administrative or office-related experience.
- Possess polite, confident and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Positive outlook and can take accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel).

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
