Position: Low Voltage Project Manager

Location: Clarksburg, MD

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Lead low voltage projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established goals.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning and estimation.
• Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate project costs, including materials, labor, and other resources.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to procure materials and services needed for project execution.
• Oversee project execution, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status, milestones, and any relevant updates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in low voltage project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong estimation skills, with the ability to accurately assess project costs and develop comprehensive budgets.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of low voltage systems, regulations, and best practices.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
