We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior DevOps Architect & Linux System Engineer to join our growing team. This role is crucial to the development and deployment of our cluster-based VoIP solution using bare-metal Kubernetes, with an initial focus on AWS EC2 and a vision for multi-cloud environments.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure, ensuring robust performance and security for our VoIP solutions. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and operations teams to drive innovation and optimize our systems for scalability and reliability.

• Infrastructure Design & Management: Design and manage the Kubernetes-based infrastructure for our VoIP solutions, optimizing for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Automation & Configuration: Utilize Terraform and Terragrunt to automate and manage infrastructure provisioning and configuration across multi-cloud environments.
• Linux System Engineering: Provide deep expertise in Linux system administration and networking, ensuring optimal performance and security of our systems.
• Network Security: Implement and maintain robust network security measures to protect our systems and data.
• VoIP Engineering: Develop and maintain RTP-based media streaming solutions, with hands-on experience in VoIP technologies and protocols.
• Development & Integration: Work with C and C to develop and integrate system components, ensuring seamless functionality within our VoIP infrastructure.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to align technical solutions with business objectives and user needs.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Kubernetes: Proven experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal and cloud environments.
• Terraform & Terragrunt: Deep expertise in using Terraform and Terragrunt for infrastructure as code and automation.
• Linux Networking: Extensive experience with Linux system administration and networking, including configuring and optimizing network interfaces and services.
• VoIP & RTP: Strong background in RTP-based media streaming, VoIP technologies, and related protocols.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in C and C for system-level development and integration.
• Network Security: Demonstrated experience in implementing network security measures and best practices.
• SIP Servers / Kamailio: Experience with Kamailio or similar SIP server tools (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, openSIPS, etc.) will make you a successful candidate for this role.
• Multi-Cloud Environments: Familiarity with multi-cloud strategies and environments is desirable.
