Our client recently acquired another company and they are needing to integrate their SAP environment with recently acquired company's HR and payroll benefits software (right now ADP).
Our client is looking for a seasoned SAP HCM/ Solution architect (15-20 Years) with specialization on managing HR transformations. SuccessFactors is a plus.
Communication skills are a MUST.
This consultant will be pivotal to helping stand up the architecture for the integration of our client's and the newly acquired company's back-office (HR and payroll). They will be meeting regularly with the internal client HR team, benefits team, payroll team, technology team and the newly acquired team to determine the best path forward for the integration architecture and road map.
This role will be 100% Solution/Architecture based- there will not be any hands on work required
This Architect will be responsible for:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate them into a technical design.
- Analyze requirements, assess system capabilities, and propose optimal solutions
- Helping with SAP HCM Payroll and Benefits set up and integration with new company
- Helping with Payroll ADP Integration for Regular and Part time Employees
- Facilitate Design workshops for the business teams
Salary : $80 - $90
