Integrated MCS Instructor

Job Summary
- Plans, coordinates, and conducts training and related instructional programs for customer personnel.
- Conducts training sessions and assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
- Coordinates logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, and preparing workstations.
- Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
- May participate in the development and establishment of course content and objectives.
- Updates course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
- Participates in the development of collective training products as required.
- Other related tasks as assigned by Lead.
Required Qualifications
- Possess an active SECRET clearance or higher.
- Possess an Associate's Degree from an accredited university.
- Possess 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Possess basic knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques used in the delivery of training programs.
- Possess basic knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter.
- Demonstrate effective presentation and communication skills.
