Tecknomic is looking to hire experienced HR Personnel (Career Coaches) for an upcoming short-term project (3-months) with a DC utility agency in the upcoming months (anticipated to begin in October 2024). This will be a part-time, remote position with Tecknomic.

- Requires 3-5 years of similar experience in evaluating individual's background, skills, and interest and matches to potential job openings (for MBA/Master's level clients);
- Coaches and prepares clients for interviews and re-entry into the workforce;
- Leveraging the work experience the individuals have gained to help identify job opportunities for individuals and match qualified individuals with employment opportunities;
- Provides weekly virtual coaching for duration of the project (approximately 3 months) preferably via MS Teams or Zoom
- Career Coach certification or other relevant HR certification preferred, but not required
- Resume/cover letter writing and review
