What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interior Designer position at Tecscape Design?
We are looking for a designer with a degree in interior design or architecture. This position requires a creative approach to place-making and an interest in custom hospitality design with a focus on restaurants, bars, breweries, brewery tasting rooms, and other public places where people congregate. Other project types include office tenant improvements and custom residential, although the majority of our projects are hospitality related.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with principal designer on projects from start to finish
- Assist with presentation "mood boards"
- Minor coordination with engineers and other consultants
- Work with vendors to gather general and project specific finish materials and other specifications
Skills
- Proficient in SketchUp (most important software skill for this position)
- Proficient in AutoCad
- Familiarity with Adobe Software (mainly InDesign & Photoshop)
- Crucial to be a team player and communicator
- Ability and willingness to shift between multiple projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
