We are looking for a Rehab Services Director / Director of Rehab for a medical center in Victoria, Texas.

The Rehabilitation Services Director is responsible for the development, planning, management, and operation of the organization's rehabilitation services programs, including physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and cardiac rehab. This includes staffing, scheduling, budget development, program development, staff evaluations and performance improvement.

  • Annual salary is $150,000

  • 338-bed acute care hospital

  • Full time, permanent, onsite position

  • Excellent benefits including Vision , Medical , Dental , Paid Time Off , Life Insurance , Retirement

Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist or Occupational Therapist in the State of Texas

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a staff rehabilitation professional (PT, OT, SLP) in an acute care clinical setting.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role or management position.

  • Active BLS

  • Communication and relationship skills necessary to collaborate with physicians, providers, and hospital personnel

  • Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, email, calendars, and internet applications in a windows environment with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
