What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain our entire network platform, ensuring smooth operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues with efficiency
- Monitor active network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on equipment to avoid disruptions
- Implement and maintain network security protocols to safeguard sensitive data
- Administer VPNs, Fiber Optic Internet, and Site-to-Site VPNs, ensuring security and stability
- Perform data backup and restoration procedures with precision
- Document technical processes and create user-friendly guides
What You’ll Bring:
- 6-10 years of network/system administration experience
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Exceptional troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
- Experience with Athena EHR is a plus
