What are the responsibilities and job description for the ICU RN position at Tek Ninjas?
Core ICU RN with floats to PCU and occasionally Med/Surg. Assumes responsibility of critical care patients placed in the ICU and PCU departments.SHIFT: Day/Night rotation or straight nights. Every other weekend and holiday ICU: 15 Bed unit-N/P ratio 1: 1 or 1: 2 days and nights -RN’s monitor and read rhythms-Day charge does not take patients, night charge takes light patient load if census below 6.PCU: 32 bed unit-N/P ratio 1: 3 days and 1: 4-5 nights-Day charge does not take patients, night charge takes light patient load
Shift: Day/Night rotation or straight nights. Every other weekend and holiday
