• Manages overall workflow and processes requirements for all contractual documents including Intake, Review, Negotiation, Escalation, Execution, and Post Execution either directly or through supporting team members
• Conduct all qualification calls for new documents with internal stakeholders to set expectations, areas of responsibility and timetables.
• Coordinate with legal department in areas that require advisement for negotiation or escalation
• Conduct internal strategy call after document review with stakeholders to (re)define roles, responsibilities, next steps and timelines.
• Engage in customer contractual negotiations
• Execute pre-escalation and escalation processes as needed per current risk tolerances
• Complete Negotiation Memorandum as needed
• Coordinate contractual transition to Sales Support
• Ensure post execution processes are completed
• Manage and develop Senior Contract Specialists or Contract Specialist in necessary skills for success

Required Education and/or Experience:

• The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to Business, Finance or Law
• 5 years of work experience preferred
• Prior contract review experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Excellent verbal/ written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage time, multi-task and excel in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Consistently displays high character and a strong work ethic.
