Responsibilities:
· Understand and navigate the intricacies of the insurance domain.
· Lead and oversee delivery operations, ensuring efficient and timely project completion.
· Navigate through highly demanding environments, maintaining composure and delivering results.
· Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Azure ADO to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration.
