RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate should have experience more than 5 Years .
- Working as a Team Lead for the onshore operations team.
- Having overall responsibility of PBAR operations application from onshore/offshore and making sure that all deliverables meet customer expectations and requirements.
- Collaborating with other teams and coordinating with the client for any queries and meeting any project needs.
- Identifying training needs for the team and mapping them to the goals set for the project/individual team members.
- Organizing technical/functional training for the team and new hires in the AS/400 group.
- Maintaining quality documents as per the company QMS.
- Training and mentoring team members on understanding various business processes and technology.
- Handling of multiple projects in parallel.
